Local Healthcare Leaders Promoted as Company Prepares for Growth

February 4, 2015Chippewa Falls - In order to support expansion plans, skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider Wissota Health and Regional Vent Center has announced the advancement of two of its leaders. Assistant Administrator Sarah North was promoted to Administrator and her predecessor Jeremy Kiley was appointed to Regional Director of Operations.

Being part of the larger, local healthcare company Dove Healthcare & Affiliates, Kiley will lead the strategic growth and development of many projects slated for the organization in 2015 and beyond.  In addition to Wissota Health and Regional Vent Center, Dove Healthcare presently consists of two skilled nursing facilities in Eau Claire, and two assisted living facilities, Rutledge Home in Chippewa Falls and Orchard Hills in Eau Claire.

Kiley said, "Although I will miss the amazing team I have had the pleasure of working with for seven years, this is an exciting opportunity to help our company collaborate and prepare for new construction, service lines, and acquisitions. As a licensed social worker and nursing home administrator, Sarah North has been instrumental since 2001 in helping execute advancements in quality and service delivery across all departments at Wissota Health. Our employees, residents, and community partners can expect a seamless transition."

"It has been an incredible experience being part of this wonderful care team and I am so honored to take this next step. As we continue to position Wissota Health as the premier provider of rehabilitation, ventilator, and long-term care services in Chippewa Falls, I also look forward to the challenge of leading us through the dynamics of an ever-changing healthcare market," said North.

Located next to St. Joseph's Hospital, Wissota Health and Regional Vent Center is rated "5 Stars" by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and is a 2014 Achievement in Quality Award Winner from the American Health Care Association.
